We operate in the project and financial space. Our main focus is on SOLAR, WIND and primarily NON-CONVENTIONAL Power Projects. In the past we have catered to the the HOSPITALITY sector as well.
While we can participate and invest with companies, who are sincere and interested in growing their business, we also have a network of investors, who look for ‘TRUSTED’ organizations. While returns and IRRs are important, if promoters are sincere, we take an initial dip on IRRs with a view to maximize long term returns.
Our role is to bring the best in terms of Financing and Project Management to Companies interested in medium / long term growth.

We operate under the following business models:
CAPEX, wherein you own the asset and get all government benefits – we do a quick-fix implementation and support your operation and maintenance.
OPEX, wherein we own the asset and you pay-as-you-go for a limited period, following which we transfer the asset to you at a nominal price.
The Open Access Policy (for small MW scale users)
You only require to have a token investment and commit medium term involvement – we take care of the rest.

We will ensure that the power delivered to you is cheaper than the utility power rate.
